Our level system is designed to pair our guests with the
stylist that best suits their needs and lifestyle.
LEVEL 1
Licensed stylists that are working alongside a journeyperson stylist to help them fine tune their knowledge of the Aveda hair systems and Elites standard of practices.
LEVEL 2
Stylists have passed the level 1 requirements and are still in the process of growing their clientele and retail knowledge with continuing education.
LEVEL 3
Journeyperson stylists that have attained a required level of clientele and retail knowledge and are continuing to educate regularly. Pre-booking is often required.
LEVEL 4
Journeyperson stylists that have achieved an advanced level of education requirements and achievements, along with a strong clientele and strong knowledge of colour and retail knowledge. Pre-booking is often required.
LEVEL 5
Journeyperson stylists are highly educated stylists with a full-time clientele and are in very high demand. These stylists are leaders and respected mentors in the salon. They are continually educating and have reached a standard of excellence. Pre-booking is often required.
